Whether you have found an injured animal, want to adopt, or need to reach us about a donation, here is how.
For emergencies only. Answered at any hour, every day of the year. If an animal is caught in a snare or badly hurt, call—do not email, and do not wait.
The more of this you have ready, the faster we can reach the animal. Do not delay calling to gather it all—tell us what you know and we will work the rest out with you.
Email our rehoming team. They can talk you through what is involved and which of our animals might suit your household.
Gift Aid, regular giving, corporate support, press, or anything else that is not urgent. Email is much the best way to reach us.
If you would rather speak or write in Chinese, contact Judy, who runs our Taiwan operations.
The number above is answered at any hour for emergencies. For anything else, please call during Taiwan working hours—we are 8 hours ahead of the UK. From outside Taiwan, dial the international format.
We run three no-kill sanctuaries, all in Sanzhi District, New Taipei City, in the hills of Taiwan’s north coast. Visits are by appointment only—please call or email before travelling, as our teams are often out on rescues.
Dogs · Sanzhi District, New Taipei City
Our largest site, home to 186 dogs, on land that was previously a tree farm. More than 30 living gardens, three exercise gardens, and 18 roomy kennels for newly rescued dogs.

Our work on the ground is carried out by our registered Taiwanese association, 社團法人台灣愛克特動物重生救援協會. It is registered with Taiwan’s Ministry of the Interior and holds a public fundraising permit issued by the New Taipei City Government.
If you were looking for a way to support the animals rather than to ask us something, these are the two that help most.
